On the 24th I got an email saying that the delivery was attempted on that day, but I didn’t get any card to organize a redelivery or pick up, so I contacted Amazon and they asked me to contact i-parcel. Then i-parcel told me to contact Fastway. After few days, Fastway told me that my parcel was lost in transit. So, I contacted Amazon on the 5th Aug asking for a redelivery. They said it would be impossible. I would get a refund and then I would need to purchase it again. I don’t get it. If they still have it in stock why not just send me another one?! Anyway, after a while the representative I was talking to said that she would be able to organize a redelivery.
